Information NatronFX Processes

NatronFX may process content workflow information such as post titles, captions, hashtags, rendered carousel images, review status, scheduling data, public media URLs, platform publish IDs, and basic connected-account authorization data.

TikTok and Connected Account Data

When an authorized user connects TikTok or another social media platform, NatronFX may receive access tokens and basic account information needed to publish owned NatronFX content. Tokens are used only to perform authorized publishing actions and are not sold or shared for advertising.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to operate NatronFX content workflows, generate previews, perform quality checks, schedule posts, submit approved posts to connected platforms, maintain publishing history, troubleshoot errors, and protect account security.

Public Content

Approved NatronFX posts, images, captions, and hashtags may become public when submitted to connected social platforms. Public preview image URLs may be hosted on natronfx.com so connected platforms can retrieve media for publishing.

Service Providers

NatronFX may use providers such as WordPress hosting, OpenAI image generation, TikTok APIs, Meta APIs, and related infrastructure providers to operate the workflow. These providers process information only as needed for the service.

Data Retention

Workflow records may be retained for operational history, troubleshooting, compliance, and duplicate-post prevention. Access tokens may be removed or rotated when no longer needed.

Security

NatronFX uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect workflow data and connected account credentials. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your Choices

Authorized users may disconnect connected platform access through the relevant platform settings or by removing stored credentials from the NatronFX workflow environment.
