MarketPulse provides public market context, session reads, news summaries, calendar events,
risk-condition reads, and optional alerts. MarketPulse is read-only. It does not place trades,
connect to brokerage accounts, manage funds, or control private trading accounts.

No Financial Advice

MarketPulse content is educational and informational. It is not financial, investment, legal,
tax, or accounting advice. MarketPulse does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, short, or
trade any security, futures contract, currency, option, crypto asset, or other financial
instrument.

Trading Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your decisions, risk management, execution, and results. Market
conditions can change quickly. Alerts, setup cards, risk reads, calendar events, and market
commentary may be delayed, incomplete, revised, or incorrect.

Notifications

Notifications are optional and may include setup activity, volatility pressure, dollar pressure,
macro catalysts, and high-impact headlines. Delivery is not guaranteed. You can turn
notifications off in the app or in your device settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use MarketPulse for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the app or related services.
• Misrepresent MarketPulse content as personalized financial advice or guaranteed trading signals.
• Use the app in a way that violates data-provider, platform, or app-store requirements.

Intellectual Property

MarketPulse, The Bullpen, NatronFX, app designs, copy, graphics, alert language, setup-card
presentation, and related materials are owned by their respective owners and protected by
intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative
commercial products from MarketPulse without permission.

Third-Party Data And Services

MarketPulse may rely on market-data, calendar, earnings, headline, notification, hosting,
analytics, diagnostics, and support providers. Third-party services may change, delay, revise,
or discontinue data or functionality.

No Warranties

MarketPulse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee accuracy,
uptime, alert delivery, market outcomes, trading profits, or that the app will meet your needs.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketPulse, The Bullpen, NatronFX, and their owners,
operators, contributors, and service providers are not liable for trading losses, lost profits,
data errors, delayed alerts, service interruptions, or indirect, incidental, consequential,
special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
